St. Luke's is a health care system in Duluth, Minnesota. Our two hospitals, 14 primary care clinics, 30 specialty clinics and two pharmacies serve the people of northeastern Minnesota, northwestern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. St. Luke's has provided medical leadership since its founding as the first hospital in Duluth in 1881. JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Recruiter supports organization objectives by finding top talent for Hospital and Clinic position vacancies through sourcing, networking, social media, community involvement and other appropriate means. Partners with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and guides the creation of recruiting plans which involves strategy development, sourcing, and applicant screening/selection. Uses excellent relationship building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and to engage prospective hires to create exceptional applicant pools. The Sr. Recruiter mentors others through example of best practices in recruiting and by demonstrating successful job actions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related course of study.
  • Experience: Four (4) years professional Human Resource experience with two (2) years recruiting experience.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: N/A
  • Experience: Healthcare recruiting.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High degree of self-initiative, creativity and excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Analytical skills in assessing information and data; human resource law.
  • Computer skills in Excel, Work, Power Point.
