Marketing Specialist

Work with Marketing team to coordinate the marketing initiatives for all divisions of Exodus Machines and coordinate all trade shows.

Primary Duties:

1. Overall Marketing messaging and strategy

• Work with marketing team to create marketing plans for each division
• Develop messaging that is consistent and relevant
• Assist in establishing marketing budget for each division

2. Print advertising

• Negotiate contracts with publishers
• Design and create print ads using In-Design/Photoshop

3. Social Media

• Create and implement comprehensive promotional campaigns for divisions across all social media platforms to include google ad words, Instagram, Twitter, and email messaging
• Track and provide information regarding success of Social Media campaigns

4. Brochure/Promotional Material development

• Lead in designing promotional materials including brochures, banners, and flyers
• Maintain inventory of above items

5. Web development

• Maintain websites ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant
• Modify websites as needed
• Assist in designing new web content and websites as needed

6. New product promotion

• Write and distribute press releases
• Write and distribute stories that can be used in promoting products

7. Photography

• Photograph products to be used in promotions
• Coordinate professional photo shoots as necessary

8. Trade Shows

• Work with team to coordinate trade shows for all divisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in creating marketing plans
• Organized and good communicator
• Knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
