The Inn on Lake Superior is currently hiring for part-time and full-time Front Desk Agents.

This job entails checking guests in and out, making reservations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must possess a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment. Qualified individuals must be able to problem solve a variety of guest situations, have exceptional customer service skills, ability to multitask, learn quickly, motivate others around them, hold themselves and other accountable to the highest standards. Candidates should provide excellent customer service, handle cash accurately, have knowledge of computers and office equipment, and the ability to work on their own. No prior experience necessary, but is preferred. We will train any promising candidates. 

Must be available nights and weekends and have a flexible work schedule. Potential hours are between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
