Analyst, Supply Chain Business Process

The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst is responsible to identify and implement key business process and systems functionality.  Partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance on systems capabilities.  Work cross functionally with the supply chain stakeholders to identify best practices and lead systems functionality efforts to ensure implementation of sustainable best practices. Serves as an intermediary between the Information Technology organization and the Supply Chain organization.

The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst will also provide guidance on the best practices to obtain data for stakeholders to use to manage their business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Propose innovative solutions and/or enhancements to tools to meet the needs of the stakeholders
  • Analyze, document and maintain business process models; including current state and future state business and systems processes
  • Evaluate alternatives and define a recommendation for systems and business approach, in partnership with the Information Technology organization
  • Understands and documents the interrelationship of process, people and organization, as well as technology
  • Facilitate project and administrative meetings
  • Ensure systems meet the needs of the business through user acceptance testing
  • Facilitates business requirements gathering including documenting the requirements
  • Leads the production of user tools to gain efficiency, supplier interface and tools to ensure ease of doing business with Cirrus
  • Leads groups to gain alignment on resolution of questions
  • Coordinates communication and training in the implementation process
  • Develops and administers ongoing reports on KPIs to ensure compliance to processes
  • Provides day-to-day application support to business, suppliers and end users
  • Troubleshoots production problems and works crossfunctionally to resolve
  • Trains users on system process and changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in supply chain or business
  • 4+ years experience developing reporting using Excel, queries or other data analysis tools
  • Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA), preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with business users to define processes and document requirements and issues
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop resolutions
  • Understands and experienced in supply chain including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, purchasing, supplier quality
