DBS Residential Solutions, Inc., a regional leader in the foundation repair, waterproofing, insulation, and concrete industry, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. What You Would Do

  • Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well  
  • Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
  • Stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
  • Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
  • Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience

What We Need for this Role

  • Experience in the customer service field
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs and apps
