A: The Four Regions of NORTHFORCE cover all or part of 10 counties in the Arrowhead region & northwestern Wisconsin. We network from Ashland to International Falls and from Grand Rapids to Grand Portage.
Q: Can employers see my profile?
A: Yes — and no. Only if you want them to! The ability for employers to be able to search candidates and resumes is one of the major advantages of our site. If you choose to have a public profile then yes, registered employers will be able to find you when you match one of their openings. If you do not want your information shared, it is not public and only NORTHFORCE staff can see the information you provide.
Q: How are you funded?
A: NORTHFORCE is a collaborative initiative overseen by The Northspan Group and APEX (Area Partnership for Economic Expansion). Additional funding comes from many community partners including: the Cities of Duluth and Superior; IRRRB; The Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation; The Development Association; Allete; and more.
